1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or list a startup on GrowthProof, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Startup name, description, category, and location
• MRR data via OAuth from Razorpay, Cashfree, CCAvenue, or PayU (read-only access)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Display your startup profile publicly on GrowthProof
• Calculate and display MRR, growth %, and TrustScore™
• Send you email updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Improve our platform and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We DO NOT sell your data. Ever. Your MRR data is publicly visible on your startup profile (that's the point of the platform), but we never share your email, OAuth tokens, or any private information with third parties.

4. OAuth & Payment Gateways

When you verify your MRR via Razorpay, Cashfree, CCAvenue, or PayU, we use OAuth 2.0 to securely access only your aggregate revenue data. We never access customer info, transaction details, or payment credentials. You can revoke access anytime from your payment gateway dashboard.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode). No tracking cookies. No analytics spam.

6. Your Rights

• Delete your account and all data anytime
• Export your startup data (JSON or CSV)
• Revoke MRR verification (hides MRR from your profile)
• Opt out of email updates
